Hi Everyone,

Welcome to my Blog. I'm new to this so please bear with me. I have always been overweight and unhappy about myself for as long as I remember.

I have tried to lose weight so many times I've lost count. Then one day everything clicked and I realised that I didn't need to put a time limit and being a perfect weight and being perfect. If I worked at it a little bit everyday it would all come together. So I joined Weight Watchers for the third time and without putting pressure on myself and feeling like a failure decided I would just try baby steps everyday.

This decision led to a new way of thinking and a new me........

RECIPE!!

It's easy when you want to!

Well I posted this video last week.....



It was quite an emotional update and it was really getting the better of me. But one thing which is clear was that I WANTED to get back on track. When I went to my meeting I had gained 8lb and all I wanted to do was have a good week and get a loss.

Our Leader talked about wanting to do it and how its so much easier when you want to do something and she was dead right! This week was a breeze compared to any other week I've struggled through this week.

My new video is processing so when it's ready I'll pop it up with my Weigh in result!!
