Hi Everyone,

Welcome to my Blog. I'm new to this so please bear with me. I have always been overweight and unhappy about myself for as long as I remember.

I have tried to lose weight so many times I've lost count. Then one day everything clicked and I realised that I didn't need to put a time limit and being a perfect weight and being perfect. If I worked at it a little bit everyday it would all come together. So I joined Weight Watchers for the third time and without putting pressure on myself and feeling like a failure decided I would just try baby steps everyday.

This decision led to a new way of thinking and a new me........

Another delicious dinner!!

Well another day down! Been having yummy dinners all week and it's made the week so much easier. Really praying for a loss at weigh in! I'd be delighted with 1lb!!

Heres a breakdown:

Chicken: 3
Erin Mexican Rice: 6
Onion, mushroom, carrot, tomato & Red pepper: 0
Sweet chilli sauce: 1
Actifry chips 150g: 3

Had extra points left so added the actifry chips! YUM!!

Delicious Dinner!!

Homemade chicken burger and chips for dinner! YUM! 14 ProPoints :D

Burger Bun: 4
Chicken Fillet: 3
Nandos Marinate and mayo:1 *
10g Grated Cheese: 1
250g Actifry chips: 5
Onions, mushroom and red pepper fried in Worcestershire sauce: 0

*used 1pp of Nando Marinate and 1pp of mayo for both so only 1 each

Week 2 Weigh In!!!

Well week two weigh went even better than the first week! I lost 1.5lb and the boyfriend lost 3lb! Between the both of us that's 7.5lb in two weeks!! Chuffed!!! :-)

We were at a family event yesterday after weigh in and did have some treats and drinks. But we got up this morning and drive the two hours home. We had taken the dinner out of the freezer before we left and came home and heated it up! Back on track woo!! Eager to get another week under our belt!!

Week 1 Weigh In!

Well week one down!! I lost 1lb and my boyfriend managed to lose 2lb. Had a really good week and we are both perfectly on track for this week aswell.

We have both stayed perfectly in our point and enjoyed delicious meals all week long! We are heading to weigh in one day early as we have a family event tomorrow. I will update with our weigh in! Fingers crossed!

Really getting back into the WW buzz! I think I'll start making my Youtube videos again aswell!

YUMMY LOW POINT DINNER!

Long time no post! Rejoined WeightWatchers this week and have exactly 70lbs to goal!! My boyfriend joined with me. He wants to lose 30lb!
