Hi Everyone,

Welcome to my Blog. I'm new to this so please bear with me. I have always been overweight and unhappy about myself for as long as I remember.

I have tried to lose weight so many times I've lost count. Then one day everything clicked and I realised that I didn't need to put a time limit and being a perfect weight and being perfect. If I worked at it a little bit everyday it would all come together. So I joined Weight Watchers for the third time and without putting pressure on myself and feeling like a failure decided I would just try baby steps everyday.

This decision led to a new way of thinking and a new me........

Woeful Wednesday

Well today was not good......

Started out great! Healthy bagel with tuna to start and in the cinema a small popcorn and diet coke.

Was heading home for dinner and ended up meeting with a friend and went for food and got Ice-cream after!! :-/ CRAP!!!

In work the next three days so I WILL be good and eat within my points. Have eaten 20 out of my 49 weekly and don't plan to have anymore from this!!

ONWARDS AND DOWNWARDS!!

  3. Well SO FAR it's going good - even managed to avoid carnage - was meeting up with a mate yesterday eve - usually when we meet up it's a bottle of wine each and a propoints UNfriendly dinner! So to avoid that I asked her to mine where I made that curry I made you (how imaginative eh?) and I just had a teeny glass of wine and stayed within points! Even fitted in a curly wurly! But out for dinner tonight with the housemates and out after so there go the weekly points and then some!! Watch this space... *gulp*
