Hi Everyone,

Welcome to my Blog. I'm new to this so please bear with me. I have always been overweight and unhappy about myself for as long as I remember.

I have tried to lose weight so many times I've lost count. Then one day everything clicked and I realised that I didn't need to put a time limit and being a perfect weight and being perfect. If I worked at it a little bit everyday it would all come together. So I joined Weight Watchers for the third time and without putting pressure on myself and feeling like a failure decided I would just try baby steps everyday.

This decision led to a new way of thinking and a new me........

Here I go...

Well today is the day where I'm having a fresh start and aiming for a loss this week. The minute I woke up I realised that this is much easier thought about and planned in my head than to put into action. Sometimes I really am my worst enemy.

So, I have already had my breakfast/lunch because I was up late and that was fine, some tuna salad I made with bread. Not too bad. I'm going to try add some pictures to here as I go along and fill it up but be pre warned I would not make a photographer so don't expect too much from the pictures.

I have work tonight so it's going to be a long night and I won't be finished until midnight.

Here's hoping today will be a good one!!
